
ResponsibilitiesDevelop the technical solution based on the solution design, ensuring it is delivered to meet OSF Digital’s standards for quality, timeliness and budget.Assist with the full end-to-end testing of the technical solution to obtain final approval from the Solution Architect before it is shown to the customer.Ability to lead and work on multiple projects, manage competing priorities and be proactive in working directly with clients where required.Manage marketing automation efforts and processesExecute the technical groundwork based on the Architect’s scope.Research and implement the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.Stay abreast of the Salesforce ecosystem, maintaining a sound understanding of its certifications and technologies to remain on the cutting edge.Execute on other responsibilities in line with business objectives as required.Contribute to a great environment for other colleagues and respective team members to work within at OSF Digital.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT Related courseExperience in consulting and/or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Web/Digital solutionsStrong knowledge of Salesforce.com’s best practices, products and their capabilities and limitationsExperience and understanding in Web Programming (Javascript, HTML, CSS)A strong technical understanding and platform knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Storytelling, Storyboarding, and Customer Journey MappingExcellent documentation and business requirements gathering skillsA team player who builds relationships based on trust and can work cooperativelyIn possession of a growth mindsetStrong business acumen and commercial awarenessStrong background with a range of integration technologies and platforms –design and implementationFocused on achieving outcomes with high levels of initiative and driveExceptional client service skills; an active listener who is able to provide clarity and solve the right problemsSelf-confident with the ability to maintain presence and composure in high pressure environmentsFlexible and able to apply expertise appropriately in a variety of settingsCertified in one or more of the following: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator
