General Qualification

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior WinUI Developer to join our software development team. As a WinUI Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of applications using the Windows UI Library (WinUI) framework. You will collaborate with a team of experienced developers, designers, and testers to create high-quality, modern, and user-friendly applications for our clients. • Collaborate with other developers to understand project requirements, design specifications, and user interface guidelines.• Assist in the development of WinUI-based applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.• Implement user interfaces, screens, and components based on design mockups and wireframes.• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using C# and XAML, adhering to best practices and coding standards.• Perform code reviews and participate in peer programming sessions to ensure high-quality code and identify areas for improvement.• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure the applications provide an exceptional user experience and follow the latest design trends.• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in WinUI and related technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.• Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes, including writing unit tests and participating in bug fixing efforts.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Experience with C#, XAML, MAUI, .NET, SQL or other similar technologies.• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.• Strong proficiency in writing markup for XAML.• Knowledge of WinUI framework and its components.• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.• Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly.• Experience with other desktop UI frameworks (e.g., WPF, UWP) is a plus.• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
