Job description : Appian Lead

Technical Skills:

· 8+ years of Appian Development Experience - should have done complete end-to-end implementation for 6+ projects

· Overall IT experience of 12+ years in related technologies such as Java, other BPM etc.

· Excellent knowledge in Appian coding best practices and standard.

· Good Understanding of Performance parameters and performance improvements of Appian Applications

· Excellent in handling Integration with 3rd party systems.

· Experience handling projects independently

· Experience of leading a team of Appian developers

· Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college

· Scripting, SQL and Stored Procs

· Appian Lead Certification

· Expertise in testing Appian Technology

· Level 2 ACAD Certification

· Knowing in packaging and deploying Appian application packages

· Knowing in monitoring and debugging Process Model Instances

· Design and development of relational database schemas and SQL

· Experience in Requirement gathering and analysis.

· Experience in efficient design of applications based on the requirement.

· Agile team experience is preferred.

· DevOps Experience will be an advantage

· Healthcare domain knowledge, experience preferred.

Process Skills:

· knowledge in Appian coding best practices and standard.
