Responsibilities:Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement features and functionality.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues reported by QA and end-users.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to the growth of the development team.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with state management using tools like Redux or Context API.Solid understanding of frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).Knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous request handling.Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).Knowledge of server-side rendering with frameworks like Next.js.Familiarity with GraphQL.Understanding of performance optimization techniques in React applications.
