Responsibilities: Provides leadership in execution and delivery to technology teams supporting business applications. This includes leading and coordinating activities throughout development and ensuring the appropriate use of standard models and software packages, standard methods of integration, as well as the development of standard application services. Ensure that the best development processes and technologies are used in designing, constructing, and implementing applications. Ensures timely delivery of the application development projects without compromising the quality and performance of the system.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic QualificationsBachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. 10+ years’ experience in application development(including application architecture) Demonstrates leadership in building relationships with business partners and/or clients Strong Python skillsStrong Experience in Elastic or Open Search using vector searchExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience in Architecting large-scale applications with a large customer baseDemonstrates a thorough understanding of information systems, business processes, key drivers, and measures of success while choosing the proper methodologies and policies to support broad business goals. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity and/or enthusiasm with Data Science / Machine Learning is a plus Familiarity and/or enthusiasm with embedding modelsExperience working in cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience in SnowFlake, Databricks
