POSITION SUMMARY:Our client is looking for a Power BI-Developer for a remote-based position. This role will support our operations teams around development and support of dashboards, reporting, and analytics to meet Program specific and operational goals. ResponsibilitiesBuild new reporting in alignment with Beyondsoft’ s Customer Operations teams’ business strategyIdentify requirements from stakeholders for new reports and modifications of current reportsWrite and modify queries to bring required data from databases, Cloud sources, Office 365 etc. and build and maintain relationships between different data entities.As needed, incorporate internal and external data sources into reporting suiteEnsure compliance with privacy policies, implement row-level security and troubleshoot permissions:Manage Report access requests and security models. Maintain report refresh cadence as per agreement. Work with BI team to translate business neeeds to reporting data requirements

Qualifications4+ years professional work experience as a BI developerBachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or another related fieldExcellent team-oriented and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest for consultingHands-on experience in BI tools – Power BIExperience with SQL, R, Python, DAXWorking knowledge of data manipulation using SQL or PowerQuery/MExperience with working with CRM systemsStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders in requirement gathering.Mandarin speaking a plus.
