Burns Sheehan is working with one of the world's leading sports gambling technology businesses to support an ambitious internal initiative. The organisation's products drive some of the best known brands in the sector and their CTO is keen to remain a step ahead of the competition. As a result, they have established a new software engineering squad with a real focus on research & development.
What the role entails: this team will be afforded the resources and time to reconsider several critical components of the organisation's critical pricing & risk calculations. As a Senior .NET Developer you will be working to solve some fundamental business problems, re-imagining the core logic underpinning their key products. The team has the freedom to work creatively with a view to building something truly exceptional. The work that you do will filter through to some of the most visible brands in gambling, and by extension millions of customers worldwide.
What you'll bring with you: a wealth of experience working with C# to develop scalable, resilient & responsive software. Ideally you'll have experience of working on real time, low latency platforms. You will have been an advocate for modern software engineering approaches (TDD/BDD) and be able to articulate what good looks like. Experience building microservices and working with a broad range of AWS tools.
