Senior Golang Developer

Mural Health is a fast-growing fintech startup that makes clinical trials easier for participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers participants or caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Senior Golang Developer!

Who are you? You are a results-driven individual who wants to see Mural Health grow! You are excited to be part of a fast-paced environment and help a wide range of biotechs streamline their clinical trial payments. You will play a critical role in leading and influencing the technical direction of the company and/or specific project. This will include strategic planning, architectural design, and technical leadership!

You will: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards Drive the design and implementation of scalable and robust software architectures for both web and mobile applicationsConduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, reliability, and performance Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentStay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development process as appropriate Tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute innovative solutions to enhance our products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, wireframes, and data/API contractsContribute to the overall product development process, providing technical insights, recommendations, solutions, and a seamless, visually appealing user experience

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of proven experience as a Senior/Lead Engineer or similar role Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Golang/Go or PythonProficiency in AWS Services and serverless technologies Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the software industry, with SaaS products, or a fintech is a plus
