CRM Developer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a CRM Developer. The CRM Developer will be responsible for software development and integration of customer relationship management systems. The role includes working with databases and web services to support the development and integration of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

● Get business requirements, understand and analyze service scope and specification including modules and features of product to determine CRM needs.● Works closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and the Technical team● Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)● Prototype design product by creating service flow, user journey, use case etc. to be the blueprint of product development● Documenting the product/system specification and other documents: eg. System Flow, PRD/BRD, SRS, Training Document, User Manual, etc.● Perform UAT, review Test Cases, UAT Sign off● Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions● Designing, coding, and implementing in Salesforce applications for email, SMS and Push and how the Marketing Cloud integrates with Salesforce CRM● Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform● Follow all standard operating procedures and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.● Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and“how-to” assistance.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent● Have experience working on Salesforce.com Products or CRM platforms for middle-market and enterprise-size companies● Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development● Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of SQL, ETL, Unix, Programming languages (eg: Perl/Shell/Java/PHP), enterprise job scheduling tools and database systems● Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools● Experience in Salesforce Development including APEX, Visualforce, APEX Triggers and Lightning would be a plus● Having an experience in APEX Data loader and Force.com would be a plus● A desire to work within a fast-paced and collaborative environment● Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
