Blockchain Developer

Job Title: BlockchainExperience: 4.0 to 6.0Core Skill: BlockchainRole: DeveloperEducation:Mandatory Skill: blockchain, DLT, Finance domain,Preferred Skill:Description:- Proven experience (5+ years) working with DLT and blockchain technologies.- Strong understanding of different blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and smartcontracts.- Experience with developing and deploying smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum,Hyperledger, orothers.- Familiarity with cryptographic principles and security considerations in blockchain implementations.- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development, such as Solidity or Python.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about new use cases.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to successful blockchain projects is a plus.- Relevant certifications in blockchain technology or DLT (such as Certified Blockchain Professional) are desirable.- Good to have someone from real-time experience in Payment / Fintech industry.
