About The Project
EPAM API and Integration Practice is looking for Integration leads with strong drive, passion for work, and ability to create an impact. You will lead the diverse teams on large projects, tackle challenging business problems, and navigate complex enterprise integration landscape.

Our Global API and Integration practice provides a full spectrum of services ranging from consulting (Strategy and Program) to project delivery and specialized platform topics (Mule, Apigee, Kong, etc) and helps our clients to overcome complex integration challenges. APIN Practice specialists have solid experience in creating and governing consistent, reusable, decoupled and highly scalable API and Integration solutions.
Responsibilities
Work closely with client stakeholders and provide a high-quality service in a friendly, professional mannerWork in a fast-paced environment, be analytical for breaking down complexity and managing deliverables and customer expectationsCollaborate in an Agile organization to prioritize backlog items, deliver business value and follow Agile software development methodologies and principles, including work estimation techniquesPartner closely with Solution Architect in defining the integration patterns connecting various internal and external systems and help driving API & Integration strategy across the business unitsGather requirements and lead a development of data flows using code standards and best practicesMonitor and ensure the quality and performance of integration pipelines built and supported by the delivery teams
Requirements
8+ years of work experience in integration technology5+ years of hands-on experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and deep knowledge of API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and Design CenterStrong Java background and knowledge of object-oriented design, patterns, and programming skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret findings and communicate key insights effectivelyStrong experience with various connectors including messaging and enterprise applications in cloud or on-premisesExpert knowledge of designing and troubleshooting of reusable transformations in DataWeave 2.0Hands-on experience in profiling Mulesoft applications (threading issues, examining thread dumps, heap dumps)Strong experience in designing API Specification by using RAMLGood understanding of API & Integration standards, best practices, and design patternsStrong experience with Web Services, Microservices and Asynchronous messagingConsiderable experience with database technologies and a strong knowledge of SQLBasic knowledge of cloud technologies (Mulesoft, Kafka, AWS, GCP, Azure etc.)Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as SVN, Git, BitBucketOpen-minded approach to dynamic, emerging requirements and willingness to contributeAbility and willingness to work within and support the teamInner willingness to learn new technologies to improve delivery services and insights
