Front End Developer

Job description:This is a key role where you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the user experience for our innovative redesign project of our software platform designed for candidate assessments and evaluations during the recruitment process.This project has a limited duration (3 months), offers the opportunity to work remotely, and we are focused on attracting talent in the Latin American region. If the achievements during this project prove satisfactory, there may be consideration for extending the contract for future projects.Responsibilities:Optimize the user experience, ensuring the interface is intuitive, appealing, and easy to use.Implement interface design, ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.Collaborate closely with other teams, such as the back-end and quality control teams, to ensure consistency and seamless integration between front-end and back-end.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with development best practices.Requirements:Demonstrated experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably in SaaS environments.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly user interfaces.Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in a collaborative development environment.Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional and aesthetically pleasing code, applying Pixel Perfect principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges effectively.Good understanding of security and performance practices in web development.Advanced Spanish proficiency.Advanced English proficiency.Residency in Latin America.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3 years of experience in front-end development.
