DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a qualified PowerBi developer to join our company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :• You will be responsible to develop & maintain standard reports for a variety of user groups. This helps the management visualize daily/weekly/monthly positions and trends of key business-driving functionalities.• Connect with various stakeholders and gather user requirements. Translate the requirements into enterprise standard reports.Projects:• Collaborate with different teams to implement standards.• Participate in performance improvement projects.• Work closely with global teams in making process improvements and enhancements.

Development & Maintenance:• Timely response and on-time delivery.• Support existing reports.• Maintain comments and documentation for sustainability. Adhere to change management.• Acquire Techno-Functional knowledge on processes to identify and fix data/program/report issues.

Experience:• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in the following areas:

Power BI & Technical skills:• Good knowledge of Power Query (M) and DAX (Data analysis expression)• Experience with data modeling in Power BI (relationships, bi-directional filtering, etc.)• Experience with the publishing & sharing processes of Power BI reports & dashboards.• Knowledge of (Dynamic) Row Level Security concepts is a plus.• Experience setting up drill throughs (both in-report and cross-report).• Ability to be creative with design inside the boundaries of a pre-established reporting standard.• Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, SharePoint. Experience with PowerApps & Power Automate is a plus.• Willingness to learn and operate new technologies. Soft skills:• Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.• Is eager to learn & improve, continuously hones their skills.• Is solution-oriented and shows creativity in their problem-solving skills.• Has great attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.• Has great communication skills.• Must be willing to work from home and night shifts.

Desired Qualifications:• Experience engaging customers to gather requirements and develop solutions.• Understanding of data warehouse. Experience with SQL.• Generating reports using Microsoft Excel.· Should have 3-6 years of relevant Experience· Should be ready to work in Evening or Night Shifts· Ready to join immediately – 15 Days
