Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Genesys developer to join their team. This role is responsible for analyzing the business need to develop flows and to design, propose and code solutions to address complex business issues.

The role also includes the ability to develop new and/or enhance existing applications, workflows, or system code to enhance our call center agent productivity or configuring and administering the solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform.

A Genesys Cloud Developer is responsible for creating applications that use the Genesys Cloud APIs or integration capabilities. They are familiar with web programming and REST APIs including developing and implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX platform.
