We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Cloud Platform Developer to join our remote team and ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud systems.

As a Chief Cloud Platform Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications, and contributing to the improvement of our cloud architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needsEnsure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure through proactive monitoring, automation, and ongoing maintenanceImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applicationsContribute to the improvement of our cloud architecture and best practices

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOpsProven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineersExpertise in cloud-based solutions design and implementationExperience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applicationsProficiency in Microsoft Azure, Python, Jenkins, TerraformKnowledge of MicroservicesExcellent communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts to different stakeholdersProficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency

Nice to have

Experience with Incident Management (ITSM) and JiraFamiliarity with Ansible and NoSQL databasesExperience with Datadog and SplunkSolid background in NoSQL databases such as Apache CassandraExpertise in GitHub, and Confluence
