K2 Medical Systems, part of the Harris Maternity family, is seeking a skilled technicalresource to join our busy, growing team. Primary Functions:
· Report to the Technical Applications Manager and collaborate with other technical personnel todeliver software solutions.· Exercise your technical skills to configure high-quality deliverables for our customers.· Be trusted to troubleshoot, debug, and rectify defects in a mission-critical application.· Be empowered to propose solutions to functional requirements to deliver a wide variety ofproduct enhancements.· Analyze existing configurations to maintain consistency in the application and identifydependencies to minimize functional regression.· Apply and build on your knowledge of UX/UI design principles.· Play a pivotal role in prototyping and co-designing with end-users.· Review the work of your peers and provide feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have)along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline. · .NET Framework C# and SQL Server programming, troubleshooting, and testing skills, 1-3 years commercial experience · Strong data modelling and relational database design skills (SQL Server) · Demonstrated ability to reverse engineer existing logic · Systems integration experience
Additional Qualifications:
· Having experience with Kubernetes services would be a bonus. · Any healthcare experience would be highly regarded · AAPC CPC certification prefer · Familiarity with clinical software, quality methodologies (waterfall and agile), and project management is an advantage · Knows how to help drive a collaborative approach across the team · Shows ownership of the product and have a voice with stakeholders.
