IntroductionCrush & Lovely is seeking a Drupal Engineer to join our team in a part-time capacity. You’ll be working with our team on managing an existing, large-scale Drupal deployment. This is a work remotely position with the expectation of part-time availability between 10am-6pm ET.
Here at Crush & Lovely, we operate on a two-week sprint model. Drupal Engineers coordinate with Product Managers and Lead Front-end Engineers, and work on whatever has been prioritized in a given two-week sprint.
Your RoleCreate and modify back-end content management tools, including Pattern Lab, and other Drupal pluginsCollaborate with our Product Managers, UX Designers, Visual Designers, and UI Developers to reach the best possible version of a product to bring to marketBuild new templates based on designs created by our design team that are cross-browser compatible and WCAG 2.1 AA compliantWork with QA teams to validate work that's been done and fix issues that are foundHelp define and refine working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environmentsWho we're looking forA minimum of 4+ years of experience in Drupal developmentSomeone willing to be unconventional. You aren’t afraid to try something new because you trust yourself - and more importantly, you trust your teamSomeone who knows the latest trends and technologies, and are excited about creating immersive experiencesA genuine passion for Drupal and web development, with validated experience using languages and frameworks like PHP (Composer, Drupal) and Pattern Lab.Experience working in an Agile environment, and the ability to follow established development processes, to create technical specifications, and to document your codeBONUS: Building front-end applications using React and/or React Native.
