Responsibilities:Provide core technical expertise in managing and optimizing Microsoft SQL Server databases.Design and implement complex database objects using SQL/T-SQL.Collaborate with application development teams to enhance database performance and efficiency.Analyze database performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.Translate business requirements into effective data processes and schema designs.

Qualifications:10+ years of experience in SQL database management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.Expertise in SQL query performance tuning and database structure understanding.Extensive knowledge in data de-identification and test data preparation.Strong experience in collecting and translating business requirements into data processes.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Experience:Familiarity with Healthcare EDI standards (e.g., 835s).Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS, and job scheduling tools.Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claims transactions.Ability to work effectively in a remote, on-call team environment.
