Power BI Developer

Hi, Role: Power BI DeveloperLocation: RemoteClient: Innover Digital JD: Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and talented PowerBI Developer to join our team. This person will primarily be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining complex data visualization dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI following best practices in data visualization and user experience. The candidate should have excellent technical and analytical abilities for extracting business insights from raw data.The ideal candidate should be capable of working collaboratively within our existing team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptive work style, and have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop, design, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to present data that is easy to understand, interactive, and actionable.2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective and efficient data visualizations and solutions.3. Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into PowerBI.4. Conduct data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design in support of the dashboards.5. Troubleshoot and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the existing PowerBI dashboards.6. Conduct training sessions for users to utilize the dashboards and understand the data effectively.7. Ensure all dashboard products adhere to company standards and best practices for data visualization.8. Work with the existing team to improve and streamline the dashboarding processes.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.2. 3+ year experience as a PowerBI Developer or similar role.3. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python4. In-depth understanding of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and relational database designs.5. Proficient in creating visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards in Power BI.6. Experience Power BI report distribution with tools such as Power BI Report Builder7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.8. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.9. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
