Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Design, write, and maintain test classesTeam lead for the salesforce.com integration and implementation team.Strong understanding of automation and integration tools ie: Copado, Workato, DBT, Fivetran, Census.Provides guidelines for usage of APEX Code, VisualForce and other advanced customizations.Good understanding of triggers/Apex code knowledge.Sandbox environment management.DevOps/release management experience.User support tickets utilizing Freshservice.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science preferred.5+ years of experience in Salesforce application support with a preference for those who have experience providing support in a salesforce centered environment (Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Comms Cloud (Vlocity), Experience Cloud.Certified Salesforce Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder is a plus.Familiarity with IT tools (i.e., IT FreshService, JIRA Software, JIRA Confluence, etc.)
