Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Banner ERP Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Banner ERP system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:System Design and Development:Work closely with business analysts to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, and customize Banner ERP modules to meet organizational needs.Implement and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems.Customization and Configuration:Customize Banner ERP modules using tools such as Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.Configure and optimize system settings to enhance performance and user experience.Collaboration:Collaborate with functional users, IT staff, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Banner ERP and other enterprise systems.Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address issues.Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and customization activities.Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.Troubleshooting and Support:Investigate and resolve issues related to Banner ERP functionality.Provide support and guidance to end-users, addressing their technical concerns.Upgrades and Maintenance:Stay current with Banner ERP releases and updates.Plan and execute upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Banner ERP Developer or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.Experience with Banner ERP modules and their customization.Knowledge of ERP integration best practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
