Location: India7-9 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environmentExperience in Configuring various ServiceNow ITBM modules (APM ,PPM, TPM, etc.)Over all knowledge with Idea Management, Demand Management, Project Mangement, Resource Management and conversion of Deamand to Project.Implementation of custom multi-level Approval matrix.Customization and configuration of demand form view and the related lists like cost plan, benefit plan, tasks, budgets etc.,Developing Configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application ServicesExperience with implementation, customization, configuration changes, developing workflows and fixing code issues in ServiceNow platform.Setting coding standard and process flows for the team for the quality of deliverables for the customer.Experience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.)Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJSTechnical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functionsExpertise in ServiceNow Reporting. Building custom Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow for various modules
