Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Developer Internship. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for daily maintenance and updates to WordPress sites, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and creating custom plug-ins and themes. The intern will work closely with Senior Developers and the Digital Marketing team to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

Back-End Web Development skills: PHP, MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, NoSQLFront-End Development skills: HTML, HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery MobileResponsive Web Design skills: Experience with responsive frameworks and cross-browser compatibilityWeb Design skills: Knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, and InDesignWeb Development skills: WordPress, theme and plugin customization, website maintenance, and updatesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related fieldExperience with digital marketing and SEO is a plus
