Full Stack Developer - Supply Chain Management

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Management Full Stack Developer to join our team and support the establishment and configuration of our federal customer's enterprise Software Factory. As a Supply Chain Management Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end supply chain management solutions that optimize efficiency, visibility, and decision-making capabilities for our federal customer. Your expertise in full stack development and supply chain management will contribute to the successful implementation of our customer's software factory, ensuring the smooth functioning of their supply chain operations.

This position requires onsite presence at the customer location (Arlington, VA) one day per week.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand supply chain management requirements and translate them into innovative software solutions leveraging modern full stack development technologies.Develop end-to-end supply chain management software applications that integrate various functions such as procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.Design and implement scalable and efficient databases, data models, and APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and integration between different supply chain systems and modules.Develop front-end user interfaces with an emphasis on usability, responsiveness, and accessibility, ensuring an optimal user experience for supply chain management personnel.Implement and configure back-end systems and services, including middleware, server-side applications, and business logic components, to enable efficient data processing and transaction management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, supply chain experts, and UI/UX designers, to ensure the successful integration of supply chain management requirements into software applications.Implement automated testing frameworks and practices to assure the quality and reliability of software applications, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in software applications, working closely with technical teams and users to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and industry best practices throughout the software development life cycle.Stay up to date with advancements in full stack development, supply chain management technologies, and emerging industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and recommending improvements to existing software applications.Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and users on the effective utilization of supply chain management software applications, promoting best practices and self-service capabilities.Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and user guides, to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date information for reference and training purposes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.Strong experience in full stack development, including both front-end and back-end development using modern frameworks and technologies.Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, concepts, and practices, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET, and proficiency in database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.Familiarity with API design and development, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API integration patterns.Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex supply chain processes and translate them into scalable software solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of security principles and best practices in software development, including secure coding practices, data privacy, and vulnerability management.Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.Relevant certifications in full stack development and supply chain management are advantageous. Eligibility/Clearance Requirements : Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
