On any given day you might...

Participate in the development of cross-platform mobile and desktop applications using .NET MAUI, under the guidance of senior developers. Collaborate with team members across disciplines.Focus on building scalable, maintainable, and efficient features, with an emphasis on learning best practices for performance, security, and code reusability. Write clean and efficient code in C# and XAML, striving to meet coding standards and best practices. Assist in implementing various testing methodologies to ensure application stability and reliability. Support in identifying and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Keep up to date with the latest cross-platform development trends and technologies, with a willingness to experiment and learn. Actively seek opportunities to refine development processes and enhance personal productivity and team efficiency.

The ideal person...

Develops proficiency in C#, XAML, and .NET MAUI.Has some experience with .NET MAUI and related technologies, including a basic understanding of Blazor, Xamarin, and Azure services.Familiarity with foundational architectural patterns and practices, such as MVVM, Dependency Injection, and Async/Await, and a desire to deepen this knowledge.A beginner to intermediate skill level in creating custom UI components and understanding animations.Basic knowledge of integrating with backend technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure Functions, with a goal to expand this expertise.Exposure to testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, and MSTest, and understanding their importance in the development process.An understanding of security principles in application development, with a focus on learning more about data protection, secure storage, and encryption.Willingness to improve debugging and performance optimization skills using tools like Visual Studio Profiler and diagnostic tools.Initial experience with or knowledge of CI/CD workflows, showing interest in platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.Ready to learn from senior developers, contribute to code reviews, and gradually take on more architectural and knowledge-sharing responsibilities.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing skills in app performance analysis and optimization.
