The Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for - · Design, develop, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and collaborate with various departments to automate and optimize business processes.· Develop comprehensive understanding of the components of the Microsoft Power Platform and/or UI Path and other RPA tools · Effectively leverage RPA for digital transformation & business process optimization.· Develop and foster a deep understanding of RPA, Power platform, and other related frameworks.· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create tailor-made solutions to address their requirements.· Conduct thorough testing & quality assurance to ensure the reliability & performance of RPA tools.· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including specifications, user guides, and best practices for RPA, Microsoft Power platform, and DU Framework implementations. Skills and Competencies:· English speaking proficiency- written and verbal (B2 or higher)· Experience in utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and/or other RPA tools (UIpath, AA etc.).· Strong critical thinking & analytical skills to ensure that systems function to business requirements.· Capacity to plan, coordinate and drive the implementation of an RPA Vision· Proven negotiation and influencing skills.· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences. · Programming and coding skills in any domain will be an asset (Experience or proven knowledge/education in coding)· Proven Knowledge of Integrated development environments· Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Text Analytics, OCR, Natural Language Processing (NLP).· The working hours can vary based on the season and fall between 7am-5pm (8-hour shifts plus mandatory breaks) Why Work for GreenLight:
