Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS Payroll modules to meet business requirements.Customize and configure Oracle Payroll elements, balances, formulas, and fast formulas as per business needs.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Implement and test Oracle EBS Payroll patches, updates, and enhancements.Develop and maintain payroll interfaces with external systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, and garnishments.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Oracle EBS Payroll processes.Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and test plans.Provide support and assistance to end-users during payroll processing cycles.Stay updated on Oracle EBS Payroll best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Payroll Developer or similar role.In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll modules, including but not limited to Payroll, Time and Labor, Payroll Processing, Payroll Fast Formulas, and Payroll Elements.Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).Strong understanding of payroll processing principles, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Experience with Oracle EBS Payroll configurations, setups, and customizations.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Oracle EBS certification(s) is a plus.
