ServiceNow Developer (Req#154)

OVERVIEW:

iTech AG is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our Federal Government contract. The ServiceNow developer will provide software configuration across various technical areas, analyze business requirements, develop technical requirements, develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests, and effectively lead, mentor, and champion junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure the ServiceNow application. Carry out unit testing and defect resolution. Assist in solution creation and sprint planning. Assist in the migration of the changes to production. Assist with technical design and documentation. Mentor junior resources on the development team. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Seven (7) years of advanced experience with development in the ServiceNow platformFive (5) years of experience with ITSM in the ServiceNow platformExperience providing support to code migrations through multiple environments. Experience providing code reviews and feedback to team members. Certified Implementation Specialist certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience with Agile development environments

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a related fieldServiceNow CIS certificationServiceNow CAD certification

CLEARANCE:

Ability to obtain and maintain Public TrustPursuant to a federal contract, US Citizenship is required.
