Job Responsibilities:

1. Strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow including extensive developer experience in large organisations 2. Highly experienced in developing ServiceNow business rules, UI actions, form sections, notification events, client scripts and including AngularJS 3. Strong experience in investigation and diagnosis of incidents, and root cause analysis for problems in support of ServiceNow 4. Ideally experienced in the implementation and maintenance of asset management, configuration management, ITOM visibility and discovery, CMDB, including acquisition, deployment, tracking and asset class handling 5. Highly experienced and highly knowledgeable of system design and development used within service oriented architecture (SOA) and web service integrations such as XML, REST, SPML and SOAP 6. Proven experience in managing and coordinating ServiceNow update-sets and multi-instance environments 7. Proven experience working in an Agile environment 8. Solid communication across the entire organisation at all levels with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, adapt to change, and high degrees of initiative to meet service expectations, and handle multiple assignments to meet competing deadlines 9. Highly experienced in working to deadlines, adapting to change and working on multiple concurrent activities
