Lead/Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

About the project:CRM system to manage and protect clients’ brands online.The tool stands out for it’s flexibility of setting up diverse issue types and related workflows to work with them. It is well-suited to deal with not only infringements (illegal), but also compliance issues (against internal policies).System integrates with 3rd party APIs providing us with domain information. System has different monitoring tools to check the current state of intellectual property issues on the Internet.

Requirements:At least 4 years of experience in Ruby DevelopmentStrong experience with Ruby on Rails (6/7) frameworkExperience in relational databases like PostgreSQLExperience with Sidekiq or Resque or similarExperience in writing scalable, highly-performant, and clean code. Ready to follow community coding principles and understand SOLIDExperience with Docker and docker-composeExperience with AWS services (RDS, S3, Cloudfront)Upper-Intermediate level of English

Be a plus:Experience with Node.jsExperience with any frontend SPA framework.Experience with AWS ECSExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and teamwork

Responsibilities:Work closely together with business, design and other stakeholders of the projectWrite robust manageable codeCollaborate with frontend developersCode reviewDebugging / Bugs fixing/ lib upgradesWrite testsPerform software deploymentUse the JIRA bug-tracking system
