Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Dynamics Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics development, customization, and integration.
Responsibilities:Solution Design and Development:Work closely with business analysts to understand and analyze business requirements.Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform.Provide technical expertise in the areas of customization, configuration, and integration.Customization and Configuration:Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 to meet specific business needs.Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and business process flows.Integration:Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other systems and applications as needed.Design and implement data migration strategies.Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when necessary.Testing and Deployment:Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics solutions to ensure quality and reliability.Manage the deployment of solutions to production environments.Documentation:Document technical specifications, design documents, and deployment procedures.Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development.Strong proficiency in customization, configuration, and development using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.Experience with integration techniques, data migration, and third-party tools.Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture and capabilities.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) would be a plus.
