As part of the team, you will:Work with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices adhereDesign, Implement & Support solutions for application development, security, analytics, and performance managementConform to existing industry and Verizon security coding standards adhering to fortify scan and other security tool review requirementsConduct code reviews for junior members of the team and do peer code reviews to make sure the code is following standards set forward by the architectsResolve code issues with urgency

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:Advanced English (spoken and written)5+ years of experience in JavaSQL and NoSQL DatabasesAlgorithm knowledgeAgile methodologies managementUnderstanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutionsDesign Patterns knowledgeAutomated tests, CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Version controlMicroservices and the CloudIT infrastructure knowledge
