Full Stack Developer (Python&React)

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized in its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN KEPLER.

A typical day might include the following:

Generally, you’ll work closely with the design team, product management, and development teams to create new modules and maintain the existing Python codebase in order to cover all the business requirements.Development of first functioning prototypesPrototype testingTake part in discussions on technical solutionsPair programming and code reviewDiscuss with the Product Owner to define the implementation with the best value/effort ratioDevelop and document the Stories of the Sprint with other team membersCreate unit/integration tests in a continuous integration environmentDevelop the product in accordance with architectural & technology guidelinesIs responsible for the quality of the productContribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

Proven work experience as a Python Back-End developerStrong Python language knowledgeStrong React language knowledgeExperience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask) and libraries (NumPy, TensorFlow, Py Torch) are a big advantageGood coding skills (data structures, algorithms, errors handling, design patterns, etc.)Good SQL knowledgeGood understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Mercurial, or SVNGood knowledge of Java core and frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate)Some exposure to Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline for cloudGood problem solving skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skills
