Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled iOS Developer to join Meetsta and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our platform. As a Technical Co-Founder, you will work closely with other members of the founding team to lead the development of our product, ensuring scalability, reliability, and an exceptional user experience across the globe.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Take a lead role in defining the technical strategy and vision for Meetsta, aligning it with the overall business objectives.Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, promoting continuous learning and professional development.Architecture and Scalability: Design and implement a robust and scalable technical architecture that can support the platform's growth and evolving user needs.Technology Stack: Make informed decisions on the selection of technologies and tools, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code review, testing, and deployment to maintain a high standard of code quality and reliability.Security: Prioritize and implement security measures to safeguard user data and ensure the platform's integrity.Collaboration with Non-Technical Teams: Work closely with non-technical teams to understand business requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure a seamless integration of technology and business strategies.Innovation: Drive innovation within the platform, exploring new features and technologies to enhance the user experience and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

Technical Expertise: Experience in Software Engineering and expertise in the development of iOS mobile technologies. Familiarity with relevant frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData) and languages (Swift).Startup Interest: Strong work ethic and conviction to work in a demanding startup environment.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and align technical decisions with business goals.Education: Must possess a degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Compensation

Purely equity-based.
