🍎What You'll Do🧑🏽‍💻 You are a coding WIZARD able to Design, code, and test web applications using Ruby On Rails technologies.🚀Update the RoR magic! ✨ Keep the heart of the application beating with the latest Ruby on Rails updates.👍🏽 Give, solicit, and take feedback from other designers, engineers, and product managers to continually raise the bar for quality.🎮Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate vision into code, ensuring a seamless user experience.🏗️Optimize application performance and scalability to handle growing user numbers and dynamic workloads.🪲 Spot the Bugs! 🍍What You'll Bring🕑2+ years of hands on experience as a full stack Dev with hands on experience working on Ruby On Rails.🤖 A background working with AI is a definite plus!⌨️ Hands on experience working with PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, Redis, HTML/CSS/Stimulu and Turbo Stream.👺Knowledge of generative AI technology and trends, as well its rapidly evolving applications in product design is a plus.💪🏽 A Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.🧮 Experience and in depth knowledge with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.🧹A proven track record of crafting clean, well-documented, and easily maintainable code.🛠️Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.🏎️ Demonstrated ability to work independently and ramp up quickly with minimal guidance📏 Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and grow🎨A healthy sense of humour (you're going to need it... don't say we didn't warn you 😉)
