Responsibilities:AI Model Integration: You will be responsible for the seamless integration of AI models into our software products. This includes ensuring the models are properly implemented, optimized for performance, and capable of delivering accurate resultsFeature Evaluation: You will evaluate and assess new features for our AI-driven applications. This involves conducting thorough testing, analyzing the impact on user experience, and providing valuable insights for product improvementAlgorithm Development: Collaborate with the data science team to develop, refine, and fine-tune algorithms that power our AI models. This may include implementing machine learning and deep learning techniques to enhance the performance of our AI systemsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers and data scientists to align feature development with AI capabilities and ensure a seamless user experiencePlay a significant role in prompt engineering. Crafting effective prompts for AI models is crucial for their performance and usability. Your expertise in creating well-structured, context-aware prompts will be instrumental in optimizing feature evaluation and ensuring that our AI systems deliver accurate and meaningful results to end users

Requirements:5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably across a variety of languages, technologies and tools – Mostly Python and JS/Node.js / Typescript. Knowledge with C++ is an advantageExperience working on modern, high scale, production-grade projectsExperience with databases (relational or NoSQL)Experience working with any cloud platformA strong orientation to the field of Machine Learning / Deep LearningExperience with DevOpsData Science / Machine Learning course (or equivalent) is a plus A decision-maker that takes analytics & data-guided actionsA go-getter that needs very little guidance to “conquer the mountain”All-around team player, fast, self-learning individualNice to have experience with building for B2B on-premNice to have experience working at an early-stage startupAt least upper-intermediate level of English
