ResolveSoft is seeking a talented and experienced full-time Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and administration of Salesforce development projects. You will be responsible for hands-on development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable solutions.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and administer projects.Utilize your experience in full-stack development to implement robust solutions.Analyze functional and technical requirements and provide technical recommendations and solutions.Customize and configure applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Develop and maintain integrations between applications and other systems, using APIs and web services.Create and execute unit tests, ensuring the quality and reliability of the implemented solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle.Work with the team to build a design that will scale to meet evolving enterprise and future state needs, with a focus on project release goals.Participate in major design decisions, working with architects and providing valuable inputs.Stay updated with the latest features, best practices, and industry trends.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce as a full-stack developerCurrent Salesforce Developer II Certification (no exceptions)Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (no exceptions)Experience with frontend technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptSolid understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and deployment best practicesStrong knowledge of databases and SQL queriesFamiliarity with Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesFederal government experience is preferredJoin our team as a Salesforce Developer and contribute your expertise to the design and development of robust solutions using Salesforce technologies.
