Role #1:ServiceNow TSM Developer / Order Management Module Must have TSM Order Management module development experience.Location: Remote--India The Successful Candidate Primary Responsibility Will Be:Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow s ITSM, ITOM, TSM, and TSOM modules.Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and RolesCreate, maintain, and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades. Role #2:Service Now Developer Must "Proactive Service Workflow experience” and "Account Lifecycle Events solutions" within ServiceNow’s Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.Location: Remote-India ServiceNow Developer - Minimum 2+ years total experience with 6 months+ as a ServiceNow DeveloperExperience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs Business rules client scripts etc.Experience in using ServiceNow REST API ACLs data policy notifications email scripts etc.Experience in Data load transform creation and reporting capabilities.Experience in ServiceNow automated testing.ServiceNow System Admin Certification Development experience in configuring ServiceNow TSM & ITSM modules.
