RequirementsA visionary understanding of AI/ML, its applications, and its potential to transform healthcare.Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks used in AI/ML deployment, particularly in a full stack context.At least 2 years in a leadership role within engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on development experience.Proficiency in Python, React, Node.js, REST APIs, AWS, and container orchestration.Track record of developing and leading high-performing engineering teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.A strong sense of teamwork and a passion for driving change in healthcare through technology.
