If you are passionate about leveraging CRM solutions to drive business success, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Customize, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with business requirements.Develop and implement CRM solutions, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, and reports.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business systems.Perform data migration and system integration tasks as necessary.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Document solutions, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Proficiency in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including but not limited to:Custom entities, attributes, forms, and views.Plugins, workflows, and custom actions.JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for client-side customization.Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.Experience with CRM integrations, data migrations, and system architecture.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) preferred.Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, and .NET development is a plus.
