Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.- Oversee the technical aspects of development projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines and budget constraints.- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.- Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and best practices, and uphold the technical excellence of the team's output.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new technologies and practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to the team.

What We're Looking For:- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of leading development teams.- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to our technology stack (e.g., JavaScript, React, Python, Django, Flask).- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead the team in finding innovative solutions to technical challenges.- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies.- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.
