Role OverviewAs a Dynamics 365 Developer at akoyaGO you’ll report to the Chief Technology Officer and as a vital member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform to meet our business requirements. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, including model-driven apps and custom pages for model-driven apps, to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.Implement Dynamics ALM best practices, including version control, automated builds, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Configure and extend Dynamics 365 platform functionalities using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate and Azure Functions.Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Stay current with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365 platform and Microsoft technologies and evaluate their applicability to our business needs. Qualifications3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 application development, including customization and configuration.Proficiency in Dynamics ALM practices, including version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git), automated builds, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong experience with model-driven apps and custom pages for model-driven apps development within the Power Platform.Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate are a plus.
