This individual will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the development and implementation of reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:Strong expertise in advanced XLS, Dax, PowerPivot, SQL, PBIProven experience in Project/Program Management and Finance TechnologyDevelop and maintain advanced XLS, Dax, PowerPivot, SQL, and PBI reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical expertise and support for Project/Program Management initiatives.Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting tools and processes.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Finance Technology (FinTech).Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.8+ years of experience in reporting development with expertise in XLS, Dax, PowerPivot, SQL, and PBI.Demonstrated experience in Project/Program Management in the FinTech industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in a related field.Experience with advanced data analytics tools and techniques.Knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.Industry certifications in reporting development and Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
