About the RolWe’re adding a talented and motivated web developer to execute all web development client deliverables. This developer will be crucial in developing best-in-class e-commerce and web user experiences.

Key Responsibilities Code amazing websites and landing pages.Conduct reviews on page load times and improve site performance.Website tagging for tracking and analytics reporting (GA and common tracking scripts).Troubleshooting general technical issues that may not be code-related.Eager to learn from senior developers - and improve upon your work.Determine solutions that solve client’s needs.Collaborate with the project team on development progress, risks, estimates, and challenges.

Position Prerequisites

3+ years of front-end experience.Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, principles, and features.eCommerce development experience with Shopify.The experience with BigCommerce and WordPress is considered a big plus for the role. WordPress & Webflow development experience.HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (SCSS and SASS), Javascript.Comfortable working with command line tools.Experience working in Content Management Systems, especially WordPress.GIT and source control workflow experience.Ability to convert a design (from Photoshop, Figma, or InVision) to HTML/CSS.Ability to optimize a site’s page speed.Email coding with CSS and CSS troubleshooting for inbox deliverability and layout.Responsive/adaptive design patterns and constructs for creating mobile-optimized user experiences.Deep understanding of all current browsers/email clients and their idiosyncrasies.Understand SEO best practices.Not a “code only” mindset with proven examples of this - the ability to take initiative with basic design and pitching into a project overall rather than simply coding. Nice to Have WordPress & Webflow development experience.Proficient understanding of (Shopify) Liquid and (BigCommerce) Stencil templating languages.Experience with Webflow, WordPress & Hubspot.Experience with React, Next.js, NodeJS, PHP.Experience with headless commerce and/or headless CMS.Experience with Hubspot development.Google Analytics (GA4) - experience.Agile development experience.Figma proficiency in manipulating assets and knowledge of image optimization practices.Understanding and interpreting business requirements documents, wireframes, design comps, redlines, and PSD files.Experience migrating data from one e-commerce platform to another.Some design skills.

Shift Time09:00 am to 06:30 pm, Colombia Time, Monday to Friday.06:00 am to 03:30 pm, PST, Monday to Friday.
