Python Developer

JOB OVERVIEWPlan A Technologies is looking for a strong Python Developer able to work directly with product managers to design and implement software projects. This is an exciting job with room for significant career growth.

Please note: you must have at least two years of experience as a Python software developer to be considered for this job.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY & EXPERIENCEWrite and maintain reusable, testable, and efficient code using Python.Python experience for the web using Django, Flask, etc.Automate unit tests.Handle some frontend development work and a lot of backend development work.Deep understanding of relational databases.Deep experience with Microservices Architecture.Understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles.Payments or financial applications experience is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities, fast research, and learning skills.Experience with Scrum methodology.Ability to handle complex technical implementation.Ability to maintain and enhance existing applications and create new applications from scratch.Collaborate with operations and engineering teams in determining root cause of major incidents, performance anomalies, etc.Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills and ability to write clear technical documentation.Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
