A Day in the Life:

The Senior Database Developer will design and create the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation, and load of data functions across multiple clients.

Design, develop, and enhance data structure in database platformsProficient in the SQL languageTest designs to ensure the system runs smoothlyEfficiently troubleshoot issues and bugsQuery tune and rewrite stored procures & packagesCapacity plan and properly identify required hardware, software, database configuration/architecture necessary to support application needsResponsible for system performance of the data tier and the reliability of data feeds across the enterprise systemRead, analyze, and digest what the client wants to accomplish with its data, and design the best possible ETL process around those goals
