Job Title: Instructional Designer/E-Learning Content Developer Job Type: RemoteWork Timing: 8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Job Description:Are you passionate about creating engaging and effective E-Learning experiences? Leapot Technologies is seeking an Instructional Designer / E-Learning Developer who will play a key role in designing, developing, managing, and delivering captivating E-Learning packages using proven course design and development methodologies, coupled with high-quality media production. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCORM, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Thinkific will be considered an added advantage in this role.

Responsibilities:Analyze source content to develop instructional material for various delivery methods such as ILT/vILT, WBT, video, etc.Create storyboards and other instructional material according to design documents/learning goals for learners.Develop supporting materials or scripts for videos, simulations, role plays, games, job aids, etc.Build modules using rapid authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.Visualize instructional graphics based on content complexity and delivery method.Apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and best practices to create engaging learning experiences.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal teams, vendors, and other functional teams (PM/Graphic/Programming) during development.Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance edits of instructional materials to maintain accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.Maintain project documentation including storyboards, ID checklists, etc., adhering to version control.Utilize authoring tools, Learning Management System (LMS), and other relevant technologies effectively for developing and delivering learning solutions.Design and develop course prototypes and courses in Thinkific as per guidelines.QA weekly classes against MSS data, conduct link validations (Zoom, evaluations, materials), and coordinate with client calendars.Generate and assign completion certificates for campuses within established timelines.Manage assigned campuses' course catalogs, providing backup support as needed.Create course certificates and QA Brillium exams.Handle campus and class email notifications.Update/manage campus email reminders through SendGrid and Thinkific.Establish, maintain, and manage Slack notification channels for class creation and updates.Monitor MSS for new and updated class data.Manage user enrollments and lists created through SSO and enrollment automations.Update Thinkific sites and subpages as required.Perform any additional assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills/Experience/Requirements:3 to 4 years of core instructional design experience in the corporate sector.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with US based clients.Proficiency in Thinkific LMS Course Creation and Administration.Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, Brilium, SendGrid, Zapier, MS Office etc.Should have working knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia.Ability to understand and write HTML and CSS code snippets.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality learning materials.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:A graduate in Arts (MA with English)/Science or any graduate with a flair for writing.OR a degree/diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism.OR a degree/diploma/certification in Instructional Design.
