Python/Django Developer (Project-Based, Remote Opportunity)

We have an exciting project-based opportunity for a skilled Python/Django developer to lead the upgrade of our existing projects. Our focus is on integrating gRPC and implementing an API gateway to enhance communication between our ML Python project and a PHP Laravel project.

Position: Python/Django Developer (Project-Based, Remote)

Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad (Remote)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the upgrade of existing projects based on ML Python and Django within the defined project timeline. 2. Integrate gRPC to improve performance and scalability as per project requirements. 3. Implement an API gateway to facilitate seamless communication between projects. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the upgraded system. 5. Contribute to the design and architecture decisions of the project as needed. 6. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable solutions.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience with ML Python and Django development, preferably in a project-based environment. 2. Proficiency in gRPC and microservices architecture with a strong understanding of API gateway implementation. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in project-based scenarios with defined timelines. 4. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with remote teams. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely, delivering results within project deadlines. 6. Located in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, Pakistan.
