Senior ServiceNow Developer

Service Now DeveloperLocation - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Remote.

Experience Required : 5+ Years.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Service now implementation experience in ITSM, ITOM, Automation, Automated Testing Framework2. Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc…).3. Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.4. Hands-on experience working with relational databases.5. Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules6. ServiceNow administration experience.7. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plus.8. Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows -to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.9. Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create script to automate rote tasks being done in Service Now.10. Performs integrations using Service Now Integration Hub / REST APIs11. Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems.12. Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes13. Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.14. Hands-on development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
