Senior Front End Developer | Canberra /Sydney / Brisbane / Melbourne / Perth / Hybrid / Offsite / Remote | Citizens | Contract

Job Description: As a Senior Front end Developer (with a bit of .NET), you will be responsible for the build and maintenance of core front-end capabilities and features on our Power Apps portal (now called Power Pages) serving our customers. You will work closely with developers and UX/UI designers, translating and problem-solving designs, proofs of concept (POC), and wireframes into high-quality re-usable code modules. Your focus will be on achieving the best digital experience for our customers, enabling high volume form submissions online.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop functional portal application based on usability, performance and scalability.Translate UX wireframes, simple flat designs, and written requirements into clean, efficient, and HTML5 and CSS3 codeBuild reusable code and libraries for future use;Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;Assist back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting;Establish and maintain standards and framework for front-end code quality;Work collaboratively with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, business analysts and other engineers

Technologies we use:

JavaScript + bootstrap on the front endSql and Fetch XML on the back endAzure DevOps + VS Code development environment Essential criteria:

Proven experience in full-stack web development, including Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS and bootstrap 4 or higher.Experience in developing responsive websites and familiarity with UI/UX principlesDemonstrated experience in translating design mock-ups and wireframes into code Desirable criteria:

1. Experience developing on power platform
